This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation—physically, mentally, and habitually. Whether you’re just getting started or coming back after time off, Foundations 1.0 is your launchpad.
You’ll complete 2 easy-to-follow, full-body workouts each week, focused on movement quality, core strength, and building consistency. These sessions are low-impact but effective—designed to boost confidence, increase energy, and help you feel GOOD in your body.
In addition to your strength sessions, you’ll have cardio assigned on alternate days to help improve endurance, support fat loss, and boost your overall fitness. You can walk, bike, use a machine, or choose your preferred method.

Fit Foundations 2.0 builds on the base you laid in 1.0, adding more challenge, variety, and structure to keep you progressing strong and steady. This 8-week program includes:
- 3 full-body workouts each week, each just 30 minutes
In addition to your strength sessions, you’ll have cardio assigned on alternate days to help improve endurance, support fat loss, and boost your overall fitness. You can walk, bike, use a machine, or choose your preferred method.
These sessions are designed to challenge your strength, improve your endurance, and build confidence in your movement—all without requiring hours in the gym.
This approach helps you master your movements, track your progress, and see real improvement week by week.
Whether you’re continuing from Foundations 1.0 or jumping in here, this program is all about building strength, stability, and confidence—one session at a time.

You’ve built the base—now it’s time to step it up.
This phase includes 4 workouts each week: Push, Pull, Legs, and Full Body. You’ll start to experience more structure and intensity, including descending reps in select exercises to introduce progressive overload and help you keep building strength.
Cardio is added after weight training to keep your heart strong and your body moving forward.
