"No pink dumbbells! The BeyondFIT workouts are challenging! This is not a cookie cutter “one fitness plan for everyone” online influencer holding pink dumbbells. The coaches of BeyondFIT are all IFBB Pros and multi certified personal trainers. They created a personalized fitness plan based on my goals. This includes workouts, cardio, and food recommendations. I receive Zoom calls, emails, and text messages from my coach. The App includes meal plans and very clear videos of each exercise, performed by the coaches. Early morning live cardio sessions online, led by the coaches, can be saved for later use. I am 71 years old, take no insulin, antidepressants nor blood pressure medicine. I can box jump, squat and even did a Murph on Memorial Day! I can truly say I am in the best shape of my life, physically and mentally. Thanks to the coaches of BeYond Fit I can face a healthy future!"

"I first connected with my coach Jennifer Andrews about 7 years ago when I was on the heels of losing my husband who was only 52 yrs old to cancer. My workouts were my saving grace and truly what kept me moving forward. At that time I was looking to change up my workout routine and wanted something more structured that focused on lean muscle and fat loss. Since that time I reconnected with Jennifer and we are working together again to put together a plan to help keep me on track with my fitness goals. I am 56 years old and empty nest for the first time with my 20 year old son off at college. So many new challenges to face at this stage of life, but once again I lean on not only my faith but my workouts to help keep me mentally and physically strong. I love that the workouts are all put together for me so I don’t have to do a lot of thinking about it and they are incredibly challenging. I love pushing myself to try things that are new and hard- I have a belief that you only really grow when you push yourself outside of your comfort zone and get uncomfortable."

"I joined BeyondFit in January 2025 and that has definitely been the game changer for me in obtaining my fitness and health goals. My coach put me on a balanced calorie and macro plan which quickly reversed my low protein, high fat and low carb lifestyle. At the time, my exercise routine was Pilates and yoga 3x/week and I had just started kickboxing and Karate. Coach Andrew’s added on weight training and lots of abs! A year later, I have more energy, I’m stronger, more flexible and I’m seeing and feeling definite changes in my body. I’m 65 and this is the best I’ve felt and looked in a long time. I keep up and sometimes surpass people half my age with strength, flexibility and endurance. I’ve even competed in 2 karate tournaments and placed 2nd and 3rd in the overall 35 group. It’s the desire to change, the dedication to make it happen and the people you surround yourself with to help power through."

This year was not about working harder - it was about healing, restoring, and bringing harmony back to my life.
