This 8 WEEK program is designed to help you build a strong foundation—physically, mentally, and habitually. Whether you’re just getting started or coming back after time off, Foundations 1.0 is your launchpad.
You’ll complete 2 easy-to-follow, full-body workouts each week, focused on movement quality, core strength, and building consistency. These sessions are low-impact but effective—designed to boost confidence, increase energy, and help you feel GOOD in your body.
In addition to your strength sessions, you’ll have cardio assigned on alternate days to help improve endurance, support fat loss, and boost your overall fitness. You can walk, bike, use a machine, or choose your preferred method.
Start where you are. Progress as you go. This is your time to lay the groundwork for lasting results.
