BeyondFIT Coach Online Training Fulfillment Policy

1. Program Delivery and Access:

Upon enrollment in a BeyondFIT Coach program, clients will receive immediate access to their personalized training plans, coaching resources, and any applicable support materials through our online platform. Access remains active for the duration of the subscription period.

2. Auto-Payment and Subscription Terms:

All BeyondFIT Coach programs operate on an auto-renewing subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed automatically according to the selected payment plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

3. Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, a 30-day written notice is required. The cancellation request must be submitted via email to [support@beyondfitcoach.com] or through your client portal.

4. Notice Period and Final Billing:

• Upon receiving your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active for the duration of the 30-day notice period.

• You will be billed for the final 30 days of service, during which you will continue to have access to all coaching materials, workouts, and support.

• No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations during the notice period.

5. One-Time Purchases:

All one-time purchases, including individual coaching sessions, custom plans, or standalone digital products, are final. These purchases are non-refundable and not subject to the 30-day cancellation policy.

6. Exceptions and Refunds:

BeyondFIT Coach does not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances and must be approved by BeyondFIT Coach management.

7. Reinstatement:

Clients are welcome to return at any time and may reinstate their subscription by contacting us directly. A new payment cycle will commence upon reactivation.

8. Compliance:

By enrolling in a BeyondFIT Coach program, clients agree to this fulfillment policy. BeyondFIT Coach reserves the right to modify these terms, with updates communicated via email or on our website.
